The New Normal on Digital Government: Work From Home Baseline Survey for Government Personnel.

Purpose:

This survey is focused on the current state of government employees and constituents and aims to measure their capability to cope with the possible remote working arrangements in adapting to the ‘new normal’ brought about by the pandemic. It is intended for government personnel regardless of status (plantilla, job orders, casuals, contract of service) who are allowed to perform their functions under a work-from-home arrangement as specified in Civil Service Memorandum Circular No. 10 s. 2020.

By answering the survey accurately, the Department of Information and Communications (DICT) will have useful information on the possible recommendations in the adoption of alternative working practices to achieve a Digital Government.
