The Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI) is an initiative of the Bureau of Elementary Education – Department of Education. Speed and Comprehension also in English and Filipino. Each set of Phil-IRI assessment tool comes with a manual of administration, forms for recording student scores and test materials.
This tool will help you to lessen data entry.
This tool has unique features, it has own database and other friendly navigation buttons
Upon clicking Students Individual Record, this form will pop-up. 
Students Unique Number will be a reference point. Use to navigate save and edit data.
